Brennen planned the whole proposal. Starting off with a show, then a walk along the Mississippi river levee at sunset where he would get down on one knee and ask the biggest question of his life to the love of his life with an amazing teardrop shape engagement ring that shone brighter than Christmas lights in the city.
He had arranged for me to be hanging out incognito on the pier where I was pretending to take pictures of the sunset, but I was actually waiting to capture his proposal paparazzi style.
She said "yes" and the ear to ear smile did not leave for the whole photo session. After the proposal we spent half an hour in the city getting some beautiful pictures that this new bride and groom in waiting could look back on for years to come. We made great use of all the Christmas lights and Christmas tree to add another dimension to these night time photos.
